The signing of the agreement marks further progress of their cooperation after the two sides signed a contract on consulting services for the digital factory last year. Building upon the digital consulting service plan Siemens has provided for Intco Medical, covering top-level digital planning, evaluation and upgrades of the existing automation system, and logistics and warehousing simulation, the two sides will officially start the construction of Intco Medical's digital plant project.

Siemens will provide Intco Medical with digital solutions including the Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) system, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), XHQ operation command system, network and data centers, process optimization and energy saving, as well as digital project implementation management and technical support during the project implementation process to help the medical company complete the construction of the digital factory. Siemens will also comprehensively improve Intco Medical's digital factory project management and execution capabilities during the project process, while assisting its digital talent and team training. The two sides expect to gradually promote the successful experience of the digital factory to more than 10 manufacturing factories around the world through the successful pilot implementation at the Anhui factory, laying a foundation for the digital operation of Intco Medical worldwide.
