| 1.1 | Generally accessible web sites Web sites on the Siemens intranet that are generally accessible are classified "for internal use only," unless otherwise stated in the individual web sites: - The data and information in these web sites may be used only for purposes of necessary business communication within the Siemens Group (Siemens AG and its majority-owned subsidiaries around the world). - The disclosure of data and information in these web sites to persons outside the company, such as business partners and service providers, for example, is permitted only to the extent required for the business relationship, and then only after appropriate written agreements stipulating the necessary protection and ownership rights of Siemens or its Group companies have been signed with the business partner in question. - It is not allowed to copy and or disclose excerpts of these web sites to third parties who are not business partners of the company. |
